When: Friday, November 6, 2026 at 6:00 PM EST - Friday, November 6, 2026 at 10:00 PM EST
Fri, Nov 6, 6:00 PM EST **Welcome to Virtual Board Games! 🎲** Thanks for RSVPing! Here's the quick setup so we can get you into a game: **1. Get a BoardGameArena account (if you don't have one)** It's free and takes a minute: [BoardGameArena](https://boardgamearena.com) **2. Join our group on OpenMeet (if you haven't yet)** Hop into the [Virtual Board Games group](https://platform.openmeet.net/groups/virtual-board-games), then fill out our [quick one-time membership form](https://forms.gle/oxrjkpR7EsVsCj2u5). Joining the group *and* filling out the form are both needed. The form lets us match up your OpenMeet name, your BoardGameArena name, and your Zoom display name (the name we'll see in the Zoom waiting room). **3. Be ready to hop on Zoom** You'll find the Zoom link for this event right here once you RSVP "yes." Audio only is totally fine! **What happens at game time:** one of the organizers will add your BoardGameArena name as a friend so we can invite you to games. **Timing:** Times are listed in Eastern (EST/EDT), but everyone is welcome, wherever you are! We usually play until about 10 or 10:30 PM ET. Some folks leave early and some stay late, so play as long as you like. See you at the table! 🎉
